Post GMTKGJ Update

Thank you to everyone who submitted feedback during the rating period. Though the Jam is over, development will continue on Station Control. This update adds some variety to the enemy spawning updates some of the visuals, adds some music alters the thruster and turret system, and expands the energy and heat capacity for more long-term strategic play. The high score system also functions properly now.
